The article presents peculiarities of the use of logical tasks in the intellectual and physical development of students. Physical culture as a kind of activity has as its specific basis the purposeful motor activity of a person. Modern science has accumulated significant material on the nature and results of the impact of physical exercises on the human body, its morphological and functional status.
