This article reveals the importance of physical culture and sports in the upbringing of a
harmoniously developed personality, and presents the stages of growth of a sports teacher: from
professionalism to skill and innovation. For an in-depth study of each phenomenon, a structural analysis
of the acmeological stages is presented. As an illustration, innovative searches of specialists in the field
of physical culture are shown and analyzed.
