Abstract

In this article, oil extraction from fruit seeds in our republic indicators and
recommendations for efficient use of waste generated after extracting grape fruit juice. In
addition, after extracting the juice of the grape fruit, effectively using the generated waste,
redirecting it to processing to obtain a secondary raw material product, and obtaining grape
oil from the grape seeds contained in this waste, and the chemical composition of the obtained
oil is presented.
