This article examines the measures taken in the field of road safety of the Republic of Uzbekistan, the development trend of road safety and the "Basic rights, freedoms and duties of people and citizens" mentioned in the Constitution . Foreign experiences in ensuring road traffic safety are considered separately, and the specific aspects of each country's experience are emphasized and noteworthy aspects are highlighted.
