Modern Tendencies of Providing Children's Rights

This article examines current trends in the protection of children's rights, the importance of ensuring them, the worst forms of child labor, early child marriage, and efforts to end any form of discrimination against children based on gender, race, religion or disability. Information and technical means in ensuring their protection, technology and the role of social networks, achieved results and existing shortcomings, the role of international and national programs in the field of education, science, art and sports in ensuring the protection of children’s rights. An explanation is given of the importance of the national judicial system in the comprehensive provision of rights children, as well as the opinions of foreign and domestic scientists in this area and the author’s position.
