This article outlines future elementary school teachers teaching to cooperate with the family in extracurricular activities and the importance of family upbringing, in the process of upbringing and value formation the interaction between family and school is revealed. Approaches to nurturing family spiritual and moral values in students are analyzed. In this process, the educator role-based and studied the problem of training qualified pedagogical staff.
