Tilawati Method Training Management To Improve The Quality of Al-Quran Teachers

Management is needed in the training of Al-Qur'an teachers, so that the success of training activities can be measured. The purpose of this research is to analyze how the training management of the Tilawati method improves the quality of Al-Qur'an teachers. This research was conducted with a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques using interviews, observation, and documentation. The results of the analysis of this study indicate that the training management of the Tilawati method is carried out in accordance with the principles of organizational management which include Planning, Organizing, Actuating, and Controlling. From the results of data processing, it can be concluded that Tilawati Center has several branches in cities/regencies in Indonesia, one of these branches is Tilawati Gresik Branch, Tilawati is a method of learning the Qur'an which has a uniqueness in its learning. The results showed that the Tilawati training method was able to improve the quality of Al-Qur'an teachers both in terms of reading, mastery of tajwid science, and classroom management techniques as well as in accordance with organizational management functions
