In the conditions of a dynamically developing society, when the transition from industrial to informational and further, as some experts predict, to nano-society occurs in a historically short time, the problems of continuity and continuity of education as conditions for development and self-improvement. personal development comes first. Preschool education here serves as a starting point, which determines the success of a person’s life path for the future. The system of preschool education over the years of its existence and during the crisis of the social system has accumulated many problems and contradictions that need to be addressed both theoretically and practically. A significant part of these problems is associated with the activities of one of the subjects of the educational process in preschool education - teachers of preschool education.
