This article provides a socio-philosophical analysis of the importance of public control in the effective organization of the activities of public authorities and management, that civil society institutions, non-profit organizations are an important factor in protecting democratic values, human rights and freedoms and legitimate interests, public control is a system, comments were made on the Strategic Action Plan that should be adopted in the future.
