Ways to Increase the Effectiveness of the Means of Preparation for Young Handboll Players

this article examines the characteristics associated with the development of physical attributes of young handball players. Conclusions have been drawn on how to improve the effectiveness of the training process. The tools and techniques of training of handboll players were analyzed and recommendations were given.
